Series E4.21 - Chain, snap open on both sides with crossbars at every link

Series E4.21 ESD
Series E4.21 are suitable for the following types of applications:
Vertical: Hanging applications ≤ 40 m, Standing applications ≤ 3 m
Horizontal:Unsupported applications ≤ 2,5 m, Gliding applications≤ 120 m
Moving applications:Circular motions: Rotating applications possible, may require retrofit (machining retrofit is always needed starting at 180° rotational angle)
When to use Series E4.21
- When you need a rugged e-chain® with 21 mm inner height
- When inner width up to 140 mm must be implemented
- For unsupported lengths up to 2.5 m and fill weight up to 4.0 kg/m
- For long travels up to 120 m
- Also for the side, turned suitable standing and hanging applications
- When you need many options and accessories
- When a crossbar with locking function is desired
When not to use Series E4.21
- When the e-chain® needs to be extremely quiet with low vibration
Series E3.22 - When the e-chain® is used in cleanrooms (ISO Class 1)
Series E3.22 - When a one-sided snap-open e-chain®/e-tube is required for economic reasons

When to use Series 2500
- When you need a medium-sized, rugged system (e-chains®, half e-tubes, fully enclosed e-tubes) with 25 mm inner height
- If inner heights must be realized to 125 mm
- For unsupported lengths up to 2,25 m and fill weights up to 4,8 kg/m
- For long travels up to 100 m
- When you need an optimised opening system for quick opening of the crossbars in either left or right direction
When not to use Series 2500
- When you need maximum stability
